How Is Your Health Today?
What are you looking for? Do you want more energy to keep up with your kids or grandkids? Do you want a home that is toxic free? Are you getting sick more often than you want? These are all challenges that people we know and love are experiencing. Maybe you have one of these challenges yourself. You are in the right place. I have been helping others with their health for 20 years. The thing I love most is helping you sort out the confusing information “out there” so you can make an informed decision. For most people it just helps to know where to start with some simple changes.
So here’s a little bit “about” me. Because the earth is the Lord’s and everything in it, my work with a healthier life and healthier choices, respects Jesus, my Savior. So many of our health problems are a direct response to the changes we have made in our food supply. Our family works at making better choices one step at a time. Also, I am a wife to Henry for 45 years, mother of three precious children who are each married to amazing spouses and have blessed us with 6 awesome grandchildren. I love my work with Shaklee Corporation since both the products and the business have changed our lives and the lives of those with whom we have shared them.
The purpose of my blog, Vitaminute, is to share some personal experiences, some health information, such as what different vitamins do in our bodies, and the reasons we trust Shaklee products. The goal is to give you this info in a minute–for a healthier life!
As a young person I was not well. I wondered if it was possible to build up my body and become a healthier person. Someone shared this simple information which makes a great deal of sense to me: our bodies are made of trillions of cells; our cells are made of vitamins, minerals and proteins along with pure water. If we give our bodies high quality food and/or food supplements (not synthetic vitamins or synthetic food) then our cells have the tools to work with in order to form properly. Does this make sense to you? My health gradually improved and today I feel better in my 60’s than I did in my 30’s.
